  • Prositions Launches AI Readiness Assessment and Courses

Prositions, Inc., announced the launch of its AI Readiness Program, which pairs structured AI readiness insights with targeted skills development.   As organizations accelerate AI adoption, HR and L&D leaders are increasingly being asked by CEOs and executive teams to initiate AI skills training programs, often without clarity on where to begin. Most AI skills programs fail for the same reason: training gets rolled out before organizations understand who needs what and why. The result is wasted budget, low engagement, and no real change.   Organizations across every industry are wrestling with the same questions: • What AI skills do our people actually need? • Who is ready now and who isn’t? • How do we avoid investing in the wrong training? • How do we show progress without guessing?   The Missing Link Prositions’ new AI Readiness Assessment  is designed   to help organizations clearly understand their current AI readiness, ensuring everyone within the organization feels confident in their AI journey. The assessment starts at the individual level, empowering leaders and team members to identify areas for development. Then the results can be aggregated by groups, teams, or roles, providing an organizational view of overall readiness and critical skill gaps.   “Organizations know AI skills are critical, but many are struggling to decide what training to deliver, to whom, and how,” said Frank Russell, CEO of Prositions. “The AI Readiness Assessment brings insight and action together, helping organizations move forward with confidence instead of assumptions.”   A One-Two Punch Solution: Insight That Informs Action Unlike AI initiatives that focus solely on training or assessments that generate data without follow-through, Prositions’ new solution integrates two essential components:   AI Readiness Insight:  A structured assessment that can be completed efficiently by individuals, revealing AI confidence and capability levels, and identifying where readiness exists or needs development. The process is designed to be quick and easy, minimizing disruption while maximizing valuable insights.   Aligned AI Skills Development:  Purpose-built learning paths and courses that directly align with assessment results, supporting different roles and responsibilities, and helping teams feel prepared and capable to build practical, usable AI skills beyond surface-level awareness.   “The organizations winning at AI right now aren’t the ones moving fastest. They’re the ones who start smart,” said Jill Dillenburg, Chief Revenue Officer of Prositions. “Our goal is to give HR leaders the clarity to have more strategic, data-driven conversations with their executive teams about AI readiness.”     Organizations interested in getting started are invited to try a free AI Readiness Assessment  at www.prositions.com/ai-readiness  or call 877-244-8848.   About Prositions, Inc. Prositions, Inc. today announced the release of The Art of Business Communication , a new professional development course created and narrated by internationally acclaimed communication expert Mark Jeffries. The course is designed to help employees and leaders strengthen communication, influence outcomes, and improve productivity at a time when miscommunication and information overload are costing organizations billions each year. Research shows that miscommunication costs U.S. businesses approximately $1.2 trillion annually, contributing to an estimated 15% decline in productivity. Additionally, 86% of knowledge workers report communication challenges at work, with delayed responses, message overload, and misunderstandings cited as the most common issues. The good news is that effective communication delivers measurable results. Studies indicate that 72% of business leaders and 52% of employees report increased team productivity when communication improves, underscoring the direct link between communication skills and organizational performance. 1 A Practical, Modern Framework for Communication and Influence The Art of Business Communication provides employees and managers with a clear, actionable framework for communicating more effectively in meetings, emails, presentations, and high-stakes conversations. Drawing on decades of experience in finance, media, and global event hosting, Mark Jeffries introduces proven models such as LWAR (Listen, Watch, Anticipate, Respond) for situational awareness and the BRAINS (Bridging, Rationalizing, Asserting, Inspiring, Negotiating, Specializing) framework for understanding stakeholder psychology and influence. The course includes 14 entertaining microlearning modules, each delivering practical tools learners can apply immediately. • Prositions Launches New Workplace Violence Prevention Training Series

Prositions, Inc. today announced the release of a new two-course Workplace Violence Prevention and Response training series designed to help organizations proactively address one of the most urgent safety challenges facing today’s workforce. The new programs, one for all employees and one for managers and leaders, are available now in SCORM and microlearning formats and are suitable for private-sector employers, healthcare organizations, and government agencies. Workplace violence continues to pose a serious and growing threat to employees and organizations nationwide. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, Department of Justice, and OSHA,  approximately two million American workers report being victims of workplace violence each year , including threats, intimidation, and physical assaults.   Additionally, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, workplace violence continues to be a leading cause of fatal injuries at work, with approximately 500 workplace homicides annually  based on the most recently available national data. ( https://injuryfacts.nsc.org/work/safety-topics/assault/data-details/ ) Beyond the human toll, the financial impact is substantial. Some estimates place the cost of workplace violence to U.S. businesses in the hundreds of billions of dollars annually , reflecting medical expenses, lost productivity, legal liability, turnover, and reputational damage. Experts also note that many incidents go unreported; in healthcare alone, studies suggest up to 88% of workplace violence incidents are never formally reported , underscoring how official figures may underestimate the true scope of the problem. The new training series includes two complementary courses designed to meet the needs of different roles within the organization. Fundamentals of Workplace Violence Prevention and Response (All Employees) This course equips employees with practical knowledge to recognize early warning signs, understand the four recognized types of workplace violence, and respond appropriately to concerning behaviors. The training emphasizes an empathy-centered, human-focused approach to early intervention and provides life-saving awareness for extreme violence events. The course supports organizational compliance efforts and aligns with OSHA’s General Duty Clause, California’s SB 553, and the ASIS WVPI AA-2020 American National Standard. Workplace Violence Prevention and Response – The Manager’s Role Designed for supervisors and front-line leaders, this course builds on employee fundamentals and focuses on leadership responsibilities in prevention and response. Managers learn how to identify behavioral changes that may signal distress, document concerns appropriately, and foster a culture where employees feel safe reporting issues early. The program reinforces both legal obligations and leadership accountability while supporting alignment with OSHA, SB 553, and ASIS WVPI standards. Expert-Led Training with Real-World Credibility Both courses are authored and narrated by  James Sporleder , a nationally recognized expert in workplace violence prevention with more than 30 years of experience. Sporleder is a contributing member of the  ASIS International Technical Committee  responsible for revising the American National Standard on Workplace Violence Prevention & Intervention and is the founder of Regulus Group, where he designs widely adopted training programs used across healthcare, government, and private-sector organizations. “Workplace violence is no longer a rare or isolated issue; it’s a real business risk that organizations must address proactively,” said Frank Russell, CEO of Prositions, Inc. “These courses give organizations practical, scalable training that supports compliance, strengthens culture, and helps protect employees before situations escalate.” James Sporleder, author and subject matter expert for the series, added, “Effective workplace violence prevention starts with early recognition, empathy, and the courage to act. When employees and leaders understand what to look for and how to respond humanely and appropriately, organizations can intervene earlier and significantly reduce the potential for violence and harmful behavior.” The Workplace Violence Prevention and Response training series is available now in SCORM and microlearning formats and can be deployed through any learning management system, and is also included in the DashTrain microlearning platform.
